Agreement between Michael Benninger, as Grantor, and Leonhard Benninger and wife, as Grantees, dated 1 Dec 1873 and recorded 18 Mar 1879 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Dodge County, Wisconsin in Volume 8 of Miscellaneous, Page 266.

In return for the deed to the above-described lands, Michael agreed to give his parents the following items each year:

  1. $100
  2. 20 bushels of wheat
  3. 500 pounds of meat
  4. 1/3 of all eggs
  5. 2 cows
  6. 2 sheep
  7. all necessary hay and pasture for said cows and sheep
  8. 1 acre for a garden
  9. all necessary firewood
  10. to leave them in quiet and peaceable possession of the house on the land
