In consideration for the deed to the farm, Meinhard agreed to provide his father the following items:
A. Said Meinhard to keep in a suitable manner according to his station
in life; board, lodging and rooms for said Charles
B. To furnish a team for Charles to use at reasonable times at least once
every two weeks
C. To pay Charles $60 per year as long as Charles remains with Meinhard
D. If Charles moves away, then to pay $150 in lieu of the above
