Agreement between Philip Bickel, as Grantor, and Melchior Bickel and his wife, as Grantees, recorded 23 Mar 1900 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Dodge County, Wisconsin in Volum 17 of Bonds, Page 40.

In consideration for the Warranty Deed to the following lands, Philip agreed to provide his parents the enumerated items listed below.

Lands:
A.  The North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, Town 9 North, Range 13 East
B.  The East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, Town 9 North, Range 13 East
C.  The South 5/16 of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 2, Town 9 North, Range 13 East

The following items to be delivered to his parents yearly:

A.  3 cords of good, sound, hard cordwood
B.  10 bushels of wheat
C.  25 bushels of oats
D.  300 pounds of pork
E.  8 bags of potatoes
