NEW MEMBERS
TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH
1867 to 1893

As new members were admitted to the congregation their names were dutifully entered into the minute books (listed therein under the term, "Angenommen") by the secretary of the congregation.  The following list of new members is extracted from the minute books at Trinity Lutheran Church.  The date given is that of the congregational meeting at which the individual was taken up as a member of the congregation.  In order to become a voting member of the congregation, one had to sign the congregation's constitution.  Voting membership was only open to males over 21 years old.

NOTE:  I have kept the spelling of the names as in the original records.  The phrase "geb." is the German form of "nee", indicating a woman's married name.
