The official newsletter of Region 22 of Sweet Adelines International is Catch 22. It includes all sorts of news, updates, and other useful and fun information. For many years this newsletter was issued in paper format and mailed to members. With the Summer 2007 issue, Catch 22 became an online only publication, issued in .pdf format.
