The official newsletter of Region 22 of Sweet Adelines International is Catch 22. It includes news, updates, and other information from the RMT, choruses, and quartets, plus information on upcoming regional and international events. For many years this newsletter was issued in paper format and mailed to members. With the Summer 2007 issue, Catch 22 became an online only publication.
