1. Lifetime resident of Trimble

2. Graduated From Trimble High School

3. Served in U.S. Army, received Honorable Discharge

4. Member of Ridgeway American Legion Post 92, serving as Post Adjutant and Sec. Treas.

5. Retired from Goodyear with 31 years in management

6. Elected to Town Board as Alderman in 2000

7. Appointed Vice-Mayor in 2001

8. Attended classes in Jackson for newly elected alderman in 2001 on how city government works

9. Elected Mayor in 2002

10. Re-elected Mayor in 2004

11. Elected to town board of alderman in 2006

12. Appointed Vice-Mayor in 2007

13. Again elected Mayor in 2008

 

ACCOMPLISHMENTS WHILE IN OFFICE

 

1. A new library was donated at no cost to the taxpayers.

2. Received Federal and State grants in the amount of $46,924.75 to equip Trimble Fire Department and First Responders for emergencies.

3. Cut expenses within the Trimble Police Department from $82,808.00 in 1996 to $33,362.64 in 2004 through consolidation of city jobs.

4. Received a $346,500.00 grant toward the cost of our new water line project.

5. Repairs to municipal buildings at little or no cost to the taxpayers.

6. Repairs and improvements to Pierce Cemetery at no cost to the taxpayers.

7. Dedicated to providing services while keeping down expenses in order to have NO increase in city property taxes.
