ACCOMPLISHMENTS WHILE IN OFFICE
1. A new
library was donated at no cost to the taxpayers.
2. Received
Federal and State grants in the amount of $46,924.75 to equip
Trimble Fire Department and First Responders for emergencies.
3. Cut
expenses within the Trimble Police Department from $82,808.00 in
1996 to $33,362.64 in 2004 through consolidation of city jobs.
4. Received a
$346,500.00 grant toward the cost of our new water line project.
5. Repairs to
municipal buildings at little or no cost to the taxpayers.
6. Repairs and improvements to Pierce Cemetery at
no cost to the taxpayers.
7. Dedicated
to providing services while keeping down expenses in order to
have NO increase in city property taxes.
