River Ridge Arabians in Catawba, North Carolina is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains on the Catawba River.  The old home place was built in 1880 by Judd's great grandfather.  The barn, house and outbuildings have been carefully restored after being purchased back into the family.  Owners, Patty and Judd Wike, have lived at River Ridge Arabians for 35 years and have owned Arabian horses for 32 years.  The mares have been upgraded through a careful search in 2005-07. A beautiful Desert Heat VF+ chestnut filly, Viva la Desert Diva, was born on March 25, 2007. A black straight-Egyptian filly, Midnight Maggie,was born in May 2008.
