The pricing guideline below is to give prospective customers a general idea of our web design fees.  Depending on your specific needs the cost may vary, but ultimately the price we quote for a design package is the price you pay. Any additional work not specified in the contract is subject to charge.  We work quickly and efficiently with little overhead costs to keep prices low, while keeping the quality of the sites we create high.

Contract & Retainer
A signed and dated contract must be on file before any web design services are rendered.  A fifty percent (50%) retainer is required for all website orders, which covers the concept, design/layout and development of the website.  The remaining balance is due upon completion and publishing of the final draft. 

Design Fees
Pricing is not limited to these packages. Options may include, paying by the hour ($35.00) or, by the job.

Planning Your Website Design:

Not sure where to start, what should be included or how to organize it?  Imagine that you are planning a 5 page brochure for your business. To do this you would divide your content into 5 categories or pages. Start with an overview of your product and/or services, with the goal being to entice your customer to search further pages on your site. This overview would be your "Home Page". The other four pages, or categories will be connected to your home page, by links.  Categories you might consider: About the Company - Describe your history, plans and growth. You might consider pictures and biographies for Key Personnel. Products - Here is where you will include photos and graphics of your products, with short descriptions, and prices. Services - What do you offer? Let your customers know.
What's New -Here you would display new information and products. If you choose this page, you must keep it current, this will keep your customers coming back to see what is new. References - Include testimonials from satisfied customers.

When you have chosen your categories, you need to create a name for each of your pages. Keep these names short because they become your link buttons. Organize and number your content pages in the order that you would like your link buttons to appear.

Please check all of your information for accuracy. You will be able to make a final check on your content, before your site becomes active on the Internet. Any changes after the look of a website is approved will be billed at $25.00 per hour.  Any text or content changes after the site has been proofed will be billed at $25.00 per hour.

Affordable web site maintenance to keep your site fresh and appealing

Even the best website has to “freshen up” periodically to encourage repeat traffic. We don’t require a monthly contract, although we are certainly happy to schedule regular service.  Your business may only need updating once a year, or maybe weekly.  Either way, you can count on Creative Concepts to make the upkeep of your site as painless as possible.  We charge a flat rate of $25 per hour for site maintenance if we designed your site and $30/hour if we did not design your site.  This fee includes downloading of pages, maintenance of pages and then uploading of edited pages to your server. You may also choose to use this time having your site re-submitted to search engines or other duties. The time is yours....you dictate how it is to be used. Work on requested changes will begin within a 48 hour time period (time frame does not include weekends)

If you don't have a domain name registered then we will assist you in getting one.

Website Hosting Services
We are not in the web hosting business. We recommend to our clients web hosting services tailored
to their specific needs. The client understands that any web hosting services require a separate
contract with a web hosting service.

Search engine & Directory Submission
Free search engines include:
Alta Vista, Excite, Google, Goshen, Hot Bot, Infoseek, Lycos, Starting Point, Web Crawler

Major subscription search engines:
Ask Jeeves,  Inktomi, Dog Pile, Look Smart, MSN, Search AOL,  Yahoo.  Some of these require a subscription fee.
