Incredible Day! Incredible People!

The morning of the 4th Annual Soup Run started out sunny with perfect temperatures. I wish I could have been riding that morning but was busy getting ready for a day of meeting new people, serving a few of my soup specialties and enjoying the company of old friends.

My signup sheet tells me that 62 people attended this Soup Run. (I know a few forgot to sign in and the number was probably closer to 70.) People came from Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, and Indiana for this year's Soup Run.

I'm pretty sure every one who came enjoyed the food and company. I served over 10 gallons of soup, 65 brats, 60 hamburgers and enough beverages to wash everything down.
