About These Pictures
These pictures were from 35mm slides which I took when I was in the Army.
Years ago, before inexpensive scanners became available, I projected
them and photographed the screen with my Mavica FD-7 digital camera, just to see how they would
come out. More recently I have scanned some of my slides and prints and will probably post some of them, beginning with the "VW in the motor pool" picture.
I haven't seen these pictures in many years. Sure seems strange. Seems so long ago in some ways, and at the same time in seems just like yesterday.
