I chose to go to the primitive
influences behind Danish modern design for the inspiration for this table. The
inscription on the top is carved in ancient sumarian cuneiform. The underside of the top
as well as the legs all have hand tooled surfaces. I think the result is a table
with an air of elligant primitivisim
