CONSTRUCTION PROJECT 2000
Phase 2 of the Lockwood construction project began later than planned but was still completed before the onset of winter. The entire second phase took 9 days (5 weekends) to complete. This was mostly due to the fact that all but the last day was done by me solo. My construction parter Paul was too busy with other things to help out this time. He did pitch in the last day with the railing and ballusters. This deck is also much larger than the previous one - in fact it roughly twice as large. It also includes a "bridge" to the previously existing hot tub deck. All that needs done now is a set of stairs from the ground to the small deck. This will be done in the near future. Dimensions for the main deck are 12'L x 16'W (minus a 4'x4' cutout by the bridge). The bridge is 6'L x 4.5'W
