Complete 30 class hours.
(Attend classes at least 2 times per week in order to become
proficient.) If you do not
complete 30 class hours by the testing date you may not be allowed
to test, this an ETF
regulation. You are responsible for your own progression through the
ranking system
2.
Sponsor an additional new
member; It is the tradition in Tae Kwon Do that students reflect
their loyalty and commitment by helping the school expand its impact
on the community, increase its student enrollment, and improve the
quality of its students.
3.
2 1/2 hours of community
service approved by the head instructor (Participate in a Charity
event, donate to shelter)
Pushups: 5-7 yrs.=10
8-10 yrs.=20 11-12
yrs.=30 13+yrs. = 35
Sit-Ups: 40
Cardio: 10

Blue Belt Stripe
Requirements
Stripe 1
Learn Yul-Gok Hyung and the required Definition
Recite 4 previous hyung meanings, full Chon-Ji.
Stripe 2
Be able to perform 15 different one step
sparring, 10 different Two
Step Sparring and 5 take downs.
Stripe 3 Prior to the start of your normal class, notify the instructor you wish to test for your 3rd stripe. Your third stripe is overall class participation and effort. Please
review the Technique sheet for Yellow/Green to Green Belt.
Bring this form with you when presenting your application for
testing.
