Yellow/Green to Green



1. Complete 25 class hours. (Attend classes at least 2 times per week in order to become proficient.) If you do not complete 25 class hours by the testing date you may not be allowed to test, this an ETF regulation. You are responsible for your own progression through the ranking system

2. Sponsor an additional new member; It is the tradition in Tae Kwon Do that students reflect their loyalty and commitment by helping the school expand its impact on the community, increase its student enrollment, and improve the quality of its students.

3. Understands and can answer questions on Respect, Humility and Gratitude. Look those up on your own you are responsible for the meanings.

4.   Personal physical training: To be done at least 3 days per week

        Pushups: 5-7 yrs.=10  8-10 yrs.=15  11-12 yrs.=20  13+yrs. = 25

        Sit-Ups: 30

        Cardio:  6 minutes

 

Green Belt Stripe Requirements

 

Stripe 1

 

Learn Do- San Hyung and the required Definition

learn the Full Meaning of Chon-Ji Form

 

Stripe 2

 

Be able to perform 10 different one step sparring, 5 different Two Step Sparring and 2 take downs.

 

Stripe 3

 

Prior to the start of your normal class, notify the instructor you wish to test for your 3rd stripe. Your third stripe is overall class participation and effort.
