Elder Kenneth Wayne Beene & wife Linda

Wayne was saved September 21, 1952 and joined the First MBC of McFarland, CA on September 12, 1962. The First MBC of McFarland licensed him. Wayne enrolled in C.M.B.I. Bellflower, CA on September 17, 1962. His Ordination was also held at First MBC of McFarland with Elder Allen Adkins as pastor. Wayne was ordained as Minister of the Gospel to take up work in a mission in Redding, CA. Bro. Roy Reed brought the message for the Ordination service. In January of 1969 Wayne was called to the Visalia MBC, CA to pastor there for eight and a half years before God moved him to Myrtle Creek, Oregon in 1977. It was during these years that Wayne saw the birth of three sons. In 1981 Wayne went on to pastor the Arroyo Grande Church. He was there for twelve and a half years before God moved him to the Clovis MBC in 1993. He has served at Clovis as their pastor to August 2005 and is expected to retire this year and move to Tennessee to be near all three sons and their families. There Wayne plans to help with the Beene Family "Gospel Group"

Bro. Beene is well respected and will be missed in the state of California as well as the Fresno Missionary Baptist Institute in Fresno, CA where he taught for ten faithful years.
