What We Believe
We associate with other Independent Missionary Baptist Churches known as the American Baptist Association. (Please do not confuse this with the American Baptist Convention because of the similarity of names). We believe and practice the following doctrines:
 
1.  Verbal inspiration of the Bible. 2 Tim 3:16,17
2.  Three persons in the Godhead. Matt.28:19
3.  Genesis account of Creation. Gen.1:1
4.  Virgin Birth of Christ. Matt.1:20
5.  Blood Redemption. 1 Pet.1:18,19
6.  Bodily Resurrection. Luke 24:1-3,
     1 Cor.15:53- 57
7.  Pre-millennial Return. Acts 1:11, Rev.20:6
 8.  Literal Heaven and Hell. Luke 16:19-31		 9.  Church authority in Baptism, Lord's 
     Supper, Missions and Self Government.  
     Eph.3:10,21
10. We reject the universal, invisible church 
      theory.
11. We believe in the Security of the Saved. John
      5:24, John 10:28
12. We believe the Church should be supported
      by the tithes and offerings of the members.

YOU CAN GO TO HEAVEN

I. BLOOD MAKES IT POSSIBLE: Heb.9:22
"Without the shedding of blood is no remission." Rom.5:8 "Christ died for the ungodly." ,Eph.1:7 "In whom we have redemption through His blood..."

II. GRACE IS THE SOURCE OF PARDON
This pardon must be obtained before one enters heaven.2 Cor.8:9 "For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that ye through His poverty might be rich." This grace must be received. Rom.5:17b "..much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in one, Jesus Christ."

III. FAITH IS THE DOOR THROUGH WHICH ONE ENTERS INTO SAVING GRACE. Rom.5:2
"By whom also we have access by faith into this grace where in we stand, and rejoice in the hope of the glory of God." Eph.2:8 "For by grace are you saved through faith." Acts 16:31 "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved and thy house"

IV. WORKS IS THE PROOF, AND NOT THE MEANS OF ONE ENTERING HEAVEN. Tit. 3:5
"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us,---"James 2:18 "--show me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works." After one is truly saved by grace through faith in Christ, his works will show to the world that he is saved and a fit subject for heaven.

CONCLUSION: If you were to die today where would you spend eternity? Would you go Heaven, or Hell? You can know, if you believe in the Bible. Rom.10:13 "Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." Will you trust Christ and call upon Him NOW?
