I was blessed to be born April 20, 1977 into a Christian home, but I was not saved until I was 19 years old. We had been attending the Beacon Missionary Baptist Church in Redding for about a year when I finally gave my heart to Jesus. I was baptized by Bro. Dennis Wharton the next Sunday. It was about a year later when I felt the call to the ministry and after a year of fighting and resisting, I surrendered to God's will. I spent two years at F.M.B.I., and a year at the Santa Maria Missionary Baptist Church as an outreach leader. I returned home to Beacon MBC and worked in the outreach ministry for two years.

In August of 2004, the Shasta MBC of Redding asked me to fill the office of Assistant Pastor. After prayerful consideration, I accepted the call. I was ordained in October 2004. I was married in December 2004. This is my first Pastorate in the Lord's service. I am truly blessed to labor among such loving brethren.
