The Music Ministry is an important part of Round Island Baptist Church.  The word of God is filled with scriptures about singing, music and praise.  Our services are geared toward a blended style of worship in that we try to incorporate different styles of music in our worship services.

 

If you have the desire to sing in our Worship Choir, it is our hope you will join us for rehearsal on Sunday afternoons at 5:00 in the Choir Room.  This choir is for those adults who want to use their God-given talents to sing praise to Him.  No auditions or music reading skills are required, so you can just relax and enjoy some wonderful fellowship and fun with people who love to sing and lead in worship.

 

We also have a Children's choir that meets on Sunday evenings at 6:30 PM.  This choir is under the capable leadership of Jenny Green and Patsy Warren, and this group sings for us regularly. They are such a blessing to our church.  They will definitely put a smile on your face.

 

It is our desire at Round Island Baptist Church to offer a place of Christian Service in the 

Music Ministry to everyone who has a desire to use his or her talents in the service to our Lord whether it be by singing or playing an instrument. 

 

We view the music and praise part of worship as a ministry and we want to offer you an opportunity to be a part of that ministry.
