Job/Activity Description: The EXCEL Program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 3-5pm. Middle school students have a snack then spend one hour working on homework and basic skills development, then about 45 minutes on fun activities that incorporate learning such as math baseball, math bingo, jeopardy etc
 

Special Requirements: EXCEL is looking for college students who are outgoing and friendly and willing to help tutor students with homework and be supportive to the student as they move from activity to activity, and help them to keep on task. EXCEL is looking for college students to work one on one with students or in small groups.
 

Additional: PRO students completing their service learning hours and wishing to continue working in the program may be eligible for paid part-time positions through Safe Schools/Healthy Students funding.
