Continue into the lobby and then save. Talk to Phil and enter the Pegasus cup together.
Pegasus Cup - 9th Seed
Enemies - Search Ghost x2, Bandit x1, Air Soldier x3
Difficulty - 1/10
Strategy - Bandit does the most damage so go after him first. The air soldiers are next on the list and search ghosts last as they are the most annoying things to kill and do very little damage.
Pegasus Cup - 8th Seed
Enemies - Bandit x2, Barrel Spiders x3, Shadow x4
Difficulty - 1/10
Strategy - Go after the bandits here as they cause some serious damage then take out the shadows. Now I know your wondering why I didn't say barrel spiders at all. Well the barrel spiders explode after a few seconds anyway so there isn't much to take out after very little time and you might as well let them take care of themselves and spend your time on other more difficult Heartless.
Pegasus Cup - 7th Seed
Enemies - Fat Bandit x1, Large Body x2, Pot Spider x1, Barrel Spider x1
Difficulty - 1/10
Strategy - Take out the fat bandit first he is extremely annoying and powerful. Then go after the large bodies and the pot spider. The barrel spider should have exploded by now but if not take him out last.
Pegasus Cup - 6th Seed
Enemies - Pot Spider x5, Yellow Opera x3, Green Requiem x2
Difficulty - 1/10
Strategy - Green requiems need to get taken out first as they can heal the other Heartless. Next take out the yellow opera as they can do long distance damage. Last take out the pot spider.
Pegasus Cup - 5th Seed
Enemies - Fat Bandit x2, Search Ghost x4
Difficulty - 1/10
Strategy - Take out the fat bandits first as they do the most damage. Then take out the more annoying search ghosts.
Pegasus Cup - 4th Seed
Enemies - Black Fungus x3
Difficulty - 1/10
Strategy - All you need to do is attack them. After a certain period of time they will unleash a gravity attack on you. This isn't fun but it isn't horrible either. After they do their gravity attack a few times they may turn a funny gray color. When this happens stay away from them as physical attacks do no damage, but they still do their gravity attack. Also throughout this battle and all the battles until the 1st seed don't use your magic to cure instead use items as you will need mp later.
Pegasus Cup - 3rd Seed
Enemies - Pot Spider x5, Barrel Spider x5
Difficulty - 1/10
Strategy - Pot spiders don't go kamikaze so they get taken out first, but then focus on the barrel spiders. Not a very difficult 3rd seed match, but that's okay as the fun comes later.
Pegasus Cup - 2nd Seed
Enemies - Fat Bandit x3, Large Body x2
Difficulty - 1/10
Strategy - Take out the fat bandits first and then the large bodies. Not much to do. Easy battle all in all.
Pegasus Cup - 1st Seed
Enemies - Leon, Yuffie
HP: Leon: 600, Yuffie: 300
Difficulty - 7/10
Strategy - Alright time to fight your friends. Yuffie is pretty nasty and easy to take out so we'll go after her first. Her main attack is throwing heat seaking ninja stars. These are nasty as they can follow you for days without tiring. Somewhat easy to dodge by jumping towards them and hoping they don't hit you on the way back down. Whack away at her until you get her down to nothing. It is important to note that they need to both die before the battle is over and they can revive themselves from death as long as one of them is alive. Another attack of Yuffie's is an ice ninja star which she uses when you get her health down to about half. This one is annoying as it causes severe damage. You may become annoyed that Leon (he's so Squall) is attacking you while you are beating up Yuffie. This can get annoying, but if you focus on Leon he will be very hard to kill with Yuffie still in the battle so just keep hitting cure. Now if you saved your MP like I said before you can use a lot of sonic on Yuffie and Leon. Sonic will take Yuffie out fairly quickly and still leave you with enough MP to do it on Leon a few times as well. After what seems like forever (thanks to Yuffie healing herself) you will kill Yuffie. Now focus on Leon. He has quite a bit more HP and more powerful attacks. Now that Yuffie is out of the battle you won't have her attacks or her healing (both very annoying). Just attack, sonic works well, and cure whenever remotely low as some of Leon's attacks are extremely powerful. He does a regular sweep attack and a more powerful attack resembling one of Cloud's attacks. Although before he does the jump slice attack he does say "It's over" so you get a nice little heads up about that one. He also does a fireball attack which can be painfull and annoying. After his health is down to just the green bar he ups the stakes a bit by using an ice sword attack. This one is so annoying it cannot be explained. The best thing to do is to get close enough so that you can do Sonic. This works well while he is in ice sword mode because it allows you to attack without being in one place for too long. After you use up the majority of your MP you will not be able to use Sonic. At this point I suggest running around in circles waiting for him to jump in the air screaming "It's over". At this point run towards him and attack. Then quickly run and jump away as fast as is Soranly possible. If you do not successfully run like the wind you will get sliced square-enix in the stomach. After some serious cure action and some decicive attacks you will win (hopefully before the 4th try). After this you get Mythril if you are playing in Sora Only mode.
Wow what a battle! After this you get the exact same short cinematic proclaiming yourselves champions as a crowd of wow 0 shows up to watch. After the cinematic you get Strike Raid a very powerful and useful attack and another amusing conversation with Phil. If you are daring enough you can try your luck by yourself (highly unrecommended at this point) and if you by some stroke of pure luck win you earn yourself a Mythril. Again with a stock of more than 5 potions head to Monstro and then through normal drive head onward to the next world to the right of that. If Monstro eats you again simply head for the boat and use the save portal to get back outside. Then select the new world Atlantica.
