- Mountains - Mountains - Most of my early pictures were taken in the Lake District National Park. I was born close to these mountains and they are the source of many wonderful memories. Between the years of 1989 and 1996 I set out to climb/walk all 205 peaks over 2000ft. I completed the goal a few months before my 25th birthday. Many walking companions came and went during these years due to my relentless peak bagging tactics ! My favorite valley is definitely Ennerdale, the view of Pillar Rock as you walk east along the valley is an inspiring sight. My favorite location in the Lake District is the Great Moss, it's an isolated spot nestled among grand mountains. |
