The purpose of this site is to share some of my favorite hobbies with family and friends. After having recently completed my Pilots License. I have decided to share the pictures and links. There is a little something for everyone -- updates of the hunting trips and the flights that I have taken. I have included links to some of my other interests as well.

July 2004, I finally decided to do something about my dream of learning to fly. I was talking with a coworker a few years before who encouraged me to go for it, after we lost him to cancer I decided life was to short to waste it and I contacted my local FBO. After going on my Intro Flight in the Cessna 150 pictured above and I was hooked.

August 2004, The lessons started mostly on weekends due to the work schedule and continued through February 2005.

March 10, 2005 I completed my check ride and was given my license (VFR rating)  At this time I have begun working on my IFR Certification which is my next major goal.
