In addition to St. Augustine parishioners, many members of the community of Rhinelander have sponsored The Table. Other area churches, civic groups, businesses, families, clubs, charitable organizations, restaurants, farmers, and even hunters have either donated to or worked for The Table. Many of these sponsors have found it to be so very rewarding that they return to help again. Sponsors are responsible for planning, preparing, and serving the meal and then the final clean up. St. Augustine parishioners are present to oversee the process, answer questions, and provide assistance. Sponsors have the option of purchasing their own supplies or using food donations made to The Table. Also, if a sponsor wishes only to donate food or money, those gifts are always welcome.
