We believe in the dignity of every human being. All people who participate in the Table are people with strengths and weaknesses. We want to share not only a meal, but an atmosphere of hospitality and mutual respect. We believe that God is present and active in every situation. We recognize that God has given the gift of hospitality to his people of both the Old and New Covenant. We pray that God will strengthen our gift of hospitality, that we may recognize the connection of faith, justice, and service with other members of the community.
