We will just be enjoying the Pom kids that we have and will no longer be breeding our dogs.
Dogs require ongoing care and commitment, please consider this before adding one to your family. Poms are very social and loving dogs that need love, attention and consistent training. Their long coats are easy to care for and a brushing at least once a week will keep their coats looking their best. Nail trimming should be done at least once a month. Poms are generally a healthy breed. As with all toy dogs regular vet visits including dental cleanings once a year are important to their health. Toy breed dogs are subject to luxating patella's that can develop or worsen with jumps off of high places or running on slippery surfaces and being allowed to be overweight.
