MICK DOHERTY
Book Chapters
A few years ago in a job interview, after reviewing my Web portfolio, the hiring manager asked, "Do you have any real clips?" Of course, he was really asking, "Do you have any print clips?," and the answer was "yes."

Fairly or not, books usually make a more tangible impression than Web sites. My most recent "real" contribution was two chapters (one collaborative) to the Barber/Grigar book New Worlds, New Words. It's a book about the need to take the study and impact of online writing more seriously. Irony rules.
