Jetnet Mail
February 3, 2003
Travel Sneak Peek Edition
**********************************************************

Hi [personalized salutation],

Just three months ago the non-rev traveler guest registration program was launched. Now that most employees and retirees are registered and using the system, it's time to add a few perks to the Jetnet Travel page.

As always, Jetnet Mail brings you advance information -- you're seeing it before any of your not-yet-subscribed co-workers. They'll just have to wait for the standard Jetwire announcements. Of course, feel free to forward this e-mail to any co-workers who might be interested; they can subscribe from the "Jetnet Mail" link on the front page at http://jetnet.aa.com/. But remember, all GroupWise users automatically receive Jetnet Mail, so don't forward them a duplicate!

WHAT'S ALREADY DONE
In January, Jetnet added OAL travel information to the TRIP Book. AA has always negotiated reduced rate agreements with other airlines to extend employee travel opportunities to other parts of the world. Now all the information you need is available through Jetnet's Travel page.

Speaking of OAL travel, in response to user demand, Jetnet has integrated links to the GoZED and FlyZED Web sites. These interline sites are commissioned and endorsed by management representatives of the Zonal Employee Discount member airlines. GoZED provides information about travel privileges on other airlines while FlyZED allows listing on Lufthansa (LH), SAS Scandinavian (SK) and Austrian (OS) airlines, which no longer accept phone listings.

In case you haven't noticed, our corporate partners at AAVacations are offering Jetnet users an additional 10% off already-reduced travel deals. A "Deal of the Week" is offered every week (imagine that) on the Jetnet Travel page.

WHAT'S COMING: FIRST QUARTER 2003
"Travel History" might sound like a hot new cable TV channel, but it's actually even better. Again in response to the requests of Jetnet users, the Travel History feature will be added to Jetnet this quarter. Travel History will function as a one-stop shop for your NRSA flight history; one click to view the complete list of travel by you and your registered travelers.

How would you like to win a pair of round-trip tickets to Hong Kong, along with three nights at the five-star Island Shangri-La hotel? You'll have your chance when Jetnet, in association with oneworld and our partners at Cathay Pacific, launches the first Jetnet Travel Trivia contest. Tackle a few easy questions - don't worry, you'll get some hints -- and earn chances at winning the Shangri-La package and other great prizes.

Don't think that the only way you'll get great travel deals -- and deals of all kinds -- will be to win a contest; also coming during first quarter is the Jetnet Deals page, featuring special offers on everything from cruises to computers. Subscribers to Jetnet Mail will get first crack at the new Deals page when it launches; we'll tell you about it the day before it's announced publicly.
