Anyone involved with trucking will want to attend this historical
first show featuring new industry equipment and technology. Hundreds
of exhibitors will gather to present more than 300,000 square feet
of exhibits. There will also be product giveaways, business-related
seminars, and concerts by LeAnn Rimes, the Beach Boys, and others.

Monday Night Football comes to Dallas as Troy Aikman
and the Cowboys take on the defending NFC champion Atlanta Falcons.
Cowboy cornerback "Neon" Deion Sanders faces his original NFL team
in this matchup that also features two of football's best running backs:
Emmitt Smith of the Cowboys and Atlanta's Jamal Anderson.

Texas Rangers vs. Oakland Athletics
Dallas-area native Ben Grieve leads the A's into Texas
to play Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez and the Rangers; Grieve's
father Tom is a television announcer for Texas.
Rookies Eric Chavez and Tim Hudson are two of the young Oakland
stars the Rangers can expect to see in this series. Oakland
manager Art Howe has Texas roots as a long-time player and coach in Houston.

Eddie "the Eagle" Belfour lead the Stars.

It's Dr Pepper Cap Night as the Sidekicks take on Utah
in this indoor soccer battle. Tonight's game is also a
celebration of youth soccer in the Metroplex, as Soccer
Associations from Tyler, Duncanville, Frisco, Hurst,
Plano, and Richardson will be in attendance at the
Sidekicks' invitation.

Dallas Stars vs. Mighty Ducks of Anaheim
Disney comes to Dallas for a New Year's Eve performance
of "Stars on Ice" ... the Dallas Stars, that is, as Brett Hull,
Joe Nieuwendyk & Co. take on the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, led by
Teemu Selanne and Paul Kariya.

Dallas Mavericks vs. San Antonio Spurs
The defending NBA champion Spurs, featuring "Twin Towers"
David Robinson and Tim Duncan, visit Dallas to play
Michael Finley, Steve Nash and the Mavericks. Former Maverick
Samaki Walker returns to Reunion Arena for the first time since
joining the Spurs in the off-season.
