Tired of using the boring white arrow for your mouse pointer? Try these!

Storm Cloud Cursor Set Storm Cloud Cursors
The storm cloud set contains the three cursors shown. I like to use the cloud with rain and lightning for the normal pointer, the cloud with lightning only to replace the pointer with hourglass, and the plain cloud for the busy hourglass cursor. The "hot spot" (i.e., the part you click with) is the tip of the lightning bolt!

Crosshair Cursors Crosshair Cursors
This file contains the two crosshair cursors as shown. One is a plain crosshair while the other is a crosshair with an hourglass. Use these to replace the traditional arrow and arrow with hourglass, respectively. (Note: These crosshair cursors have been improved to show up on light or dark backgrounds.) The "hot spot" (i.e., the part you click with) is the center of the crosshair.

Inverse Crosshair Cursors Inverse Crosshair Cursors
These crosshairs are the same as the ones listed above except that they are designed to appear in the inverse color of the background! There is a plain crosshair and a crosshair with an hourglass. Use these to replace the traditional arrow and arrow with hourglass, respectively. The "hot spot" (i.e., the part you click with) is the center of the crosshair.

This is a pair of cursors featuring a larger crosshair, as shown. Again, there is a plain crosshair and a crosshair with an hourglass. Use these to replace the traditional arrow and arrow with hourglass, respectively. The "hot spot" (i.e., the part you click with) is the center of the crosshair.

Colored Circle Cursors Circle Cursors
This set of three cursors are simply arrows with circular bodies. The hot spot is the upper-left corner. You could replace the arrow with the green circle, the arrow/hourglass combo with the yellow circle, and the busy hourglass with the red circle. Try mixing and matching with the Ring Cursors, below.

Colored Ring Cursors Circle Cursors
This set of three cursors are the same as the cursors listed above except they have a ringed body instead of a circle. You could replace the arrow with the green ring, the arrow/hourglass combo with the yellow ring, and the busy hourglass with the red ring. Try mixing and matching with the Circle Cursors, above.

Crescent Moon Cursors Moon CursorsNew
This is a set of three moon-shaped cursors. The crescent moon can be used in place of the normal arrow. The "hot spot" (i.e., the part with which you click) is the top "point" of the moon. The crescent moon with the small hourglass can replace the normal arrow with hourglass. The full moon cursor can replace the normal hourglass cursor.

How to Use the Cursors
You can replace your normal mouse pointer with these cursors in Windows. To use them, download the .zip file and un-zip it. Then, in Control Panel, choose Mouse. Click on the Pointers tab and then select which mouse pointer you wish to change. Then click Browse... and browse to the un-zipped cursor that you downloaded.
