Our deepest sympathies are extended to the family of Carl Perkins. Carl passed away Monday, January 19, 1998 at Jackson/Madison County General Hospital after an extended illness. Carl was not only a recognized entertainer locally, nationally and universally, but was loved by the folks of Jackson, Madison County, and West Tennessee for his community work, especially with the Exchange Club-Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse. He will be missed by all.
