Rawson will always be “great” memories. I don’t feel the same about Weaver because I left there prematurely and ended up taking a trip to the Republic of South Viet Nam. There I learned that life was precious and mine needed to turn around. I returned in late 1969 and married my bride of 35 years, Maureen. The greatest day in my life was the day I looked down the U.S. Army hospital hallway and saw her standing there coming to visit me. We have three sons, James 34, Todd 32 and Patrick 28. We have one grandson, Ethan, and more to come, I hope! Our Yellow Lab, Cherokee, is the baby in the house now. I retired as a Lieutenant from the Bloomfield Police Department. I earned a B.S from Eastern Connecticut State University in Business Management and an M.S. from Rensselaer in Management. I have been Adjunct Faculty at ECSU teaching Criminal Justice and at Rensselaer teaching Labor Relations. I am currently the Administrator for the CT. State Fraternal Order of Police. My passions are GOLF, GOLF and home brewing beer, which I then must drink.
