ST. BARTH

The third day of the cruise was spent at the Caribbean Island of St. Barthany.  Our ship is shown anchored in the bay just off the village of Gustavia.  The first two pictures below are overlooking the harbor at Gustavia.  From there we rented a car (or whatever you want to call it) and took off exploring the island.

Our car wasn't much more than an oversize go cart but it was fun.

You could always tell who was from our ship.  Just look for the yellow back packs.  After exploring some of the shops in the town, and some of the island's beaches, we finally made it to the Saline Beach, or as we had been told, the nude beach.  Of course we found lots of other guys from the ship also at the beach enjoying the afternoon.  For a close-up look at the sights of Saline Beach click on the link below or the link up at the top of this page.
