Zebra/Tiger ZS Twist bowstrings and Zebra cables are regular maintainance items. They are not covered under warranty. This means if your string gets cut or frayed it is non refundable. If you feel your string is defective due to manufacturing then you can send it back and a refund will be determined. If it is found to be factory defective then a new string will be sent to you. If it is not a factory defect then the original string will be returned.

Note: all Zebra Strings are checked for quality and defects by Zebra at the manufaturing plant and by Bowstrings Unlimited before it is shipped to you.
