Sealab 2021 is probably one of the only shows I ever watch on TV anymore since most TV sucks nowadays.  When I got the Season One DVD box set, there were a few episodes that I thought would be in it that I was disappointed to find out they weren't.  This DVD box set has those episodes.  The DVD menus on this DVD are very similar to the menus on the Sealab 2021 Season One DVD, except has a red tint and the Sealab 2021 theme song is played backwards (this gets a little annoying after a while, but it's tolerable).  New on this DVD is commentary on every episode.  Unfortunatley, the commentary isn't that good, doesn't give much insight, is hard to tell what some of the guys are saying, has too many people giving the commentary, and sometimes has nothing to do with the episode at all (one of the episodes' commentary is audio taken from a LAN party the creators are having, you can hear them arguing over what maps to play.  Two other episodes have some guy reading a story he wrote in 6th grade about robots or something.).  So it's pretty safe to say that the commentary blows major ass, but oh well.  You really have no reason to listen to the crappy-ass commentary with how awesome the episodes are with their original audio anyway.

Here's a list of the episodes on the two DVDs followed by a quick summary:

The Episodes:
Der Dieb - Der Dieb is German for "The Theif".  This episode deals with the sealab crew going insane accusing Dr. Quinn of stealing people's stuff.  Murphy declares Martian Law.  (Side Note:  People often ask me where the name "Sir Furbos" came from.  It's derived from "Sir Phobos", a "Martain Knight"'s name in this episode)
The Policy - Sparks gets Captain Murphy to run up a huge credit card bill buying stuff.  Sparks then takes out life insruance policies on all the crew members, and then kills them.
7211 - Worst.  Episode.  Ever.  It's a re-dub of an original Sealab 2020 episode.  No humor whatsoever.
Legend of Baggy Pants - Captain Murphy goes golfing, but runs out of balls.  In frantic search for the Pro Shop, Murphy encounters many different characters, including Monster Hesh.
Hail, Squishface - Captain Murphy purchases a gloop from an asian lady selling some weird stuff.  The gloops begin multiplying and wreaking havoc on Sealab.
Bizarro - Bizarro versions of the Sealab crew get aboard and hold the real crew hostage, submitting them to several forms of Bizarro torture.
TinFins - A mock movie-promotional special that constantly gets interupted by commercials for Grizzlebee's, a chain-restaurant that serves various onion dishes.
Feast of Alvis - Captain Murphy tries to have an Alvis Time celebration to honor his lord Alvis.  Murphy's celebration gets interupted by crew members who complain about religious insensitivity.  The captian's faith is restored as Alvis appears before him and tells him the true meaning of Alvis Time.
Vacation - Captain Murphy tries to prevent Dr. Quinn from taking a vacation.
Fusebox - This episode is pretty much audio only with a continuous shot outside of Sealab after a fuse has blown and the power has gone out.
Brainswitch - An accident involving Stormy and Dr. Quinn leaves Quinn in a comatose state, leading the Sealab crew to believe that Stormy and Quinn have somehow switched brains, therefore making Stormy the new official Sealab Science Officer
Article 4 - Due to Article 4, everyone on Sealab is promoted to Captain.  Everyone accepts the promotion except for Dr. Quinn, who prides himself in not taking what he has not earned.  Meanwhile, Captain Murphy is looking for those neat little captain's hats everyone has on.
Return to Oblivion - A sequel to Swimming in Oblivion.  These "Behind The Scenes" episodes aren't that good, I hope they stop doing them.

The extras on this DVD were an improvement on the extras from the Sealab 2021 Season 1 box set. The DVD extras include:
- A tribute to Harry Goz (the man who played Captain Murphy)
- 20 Questions with the cast
- A tour of 70-30
- A "Rough Cut" of Der Dieb (basically the episode Der Dieb acted out by hot chicks in bikinis)
- The never-aired episode "Ronnie"
