Yellow Wooly Worm
from the vise of Len "MrT1" Taliaferro
Fellow Tyefliers -
The attached fly is a simple wooly worm tied in yellow and grizzly to match a little tapeworm-like catepillar that falls off the trees in the woods of North Georgia from late July to early September. It's been a very hot fly for me on the Tallulah River west of Clayton during that time of year. Hope your luck with it is as good as mine has been.
