Officer Brown

Officer Brown is a rather sad character. She's a cop on Skidrow. Since almost every person in Skidrow had committed over 25 felonies in their life, her job is pretty pointless. She grins and bears it though, and takes her job seriously from time to time. Obviously, most of the characters resent Officer Brown, but when she's off duty, they don't pay her much attention.
