I am overwhelmed with gratitude for all of your support.

Today I began a process of meeting with civic organizations, community leaders, churches, and individuals to begin building a network to open communications for the exchange of ideas and information between law enforcement personnel and the community. I believe that by working with each other we will see a significant reduction in crime and can work toward building stronger, safer communities.

If we did not meet personally during the campaign, I certainly hope to meet you in the near future.
