As a builder, we can bid and construct your new home or commercial building acting in a general contractor capacity. Working with your plans and specifications, we would be happy to build your new dream home Alternately, we can also provide construction management services. As a CM, we manage construction of your project from your plans and specifications utilizing contractors and suppliers contracted directly and selected by you. The CM coordinates the building of your structure as a consultant to you. This method of construction requires a “hands on” approach and a substantial amount of time from the owner. |
