Conceptual Design Services

Construction Documentation further develops the design from the Conceptual Design phase with details and information to construct the home or project structure.  Here “blueprints” and specifications are prepared to obtain permits, solicit bids and costs and build your dream home or project.

Construction Documentation

Once Construction Documents are prepared and completed, we develop a fixed contract price to build your dream home or project.  All materials and labor are carefully estimated and bid from our select, high quality suppliers and sub-contractors.  A detailed proposal to construct the building is presented showing how every dollar is allocated to the construction.

Construction Costing / Bidding
