The paperwork is now in order, a cost / price has been agreed to, and we have a signed written contract to construct that new home you’ve dreamed about and envisioned.  As your designer and builder, we are in a unique position to know intimately what the construction documents represent, since we have worked with you from the start.  In our Builder roll, Steven L. Glenn is physically on your job site every day, instructing and coordinating the construction, overseeing every aspect of the project.  Except for hidden conditions, unforeseen circumstances, situations out of our control, and / or acts of God, your dream project has begun, will be completed on time and on budget as documented on the blueprints.  We are the one and only source of responsibility to build the dream.

· As an Architect, we are uniquely qualified to stay on top of all the “red tape”: from governmental permits, forms, issues and intrusions; to, Bank and Title Company waivers, sworn statements, and insurance requirements.  We complete, file and coordinate the “red tape” so as to keep the project on track.

· Our sub-contractors are all “team” players and have worked side-by-side with each other for many years.

· As we are all living in the “Digital Age”, SLG Architect/Builder digitally photographs the project almost daily, showing the progress and activity on your dream home.  This photographic documentation is e-mailed to you every evening, so you are kept actively informed and involved in the project.
