This project is currently in the “Conceptual Design” phase where the client desires a luxury retreat on beautiful big Glen Lake. Home features: a grand entry Parlor; Home Theater; three story open Atrium; large wet bar and snack area; and, all three levels are “walk-out” to grade. |

Along one of the most desirable lake shore lots on big Glen Lake, this family’s dream home serves their retirement living needs and extended family’s haven. With seven bedrooms including a master bedroom suite and grandchildren's bunk room, entertaining is a primary purpose of this open living plan. Main level living accommodations are provided eliminating the need to tackle stairs as all guest quarters and separate gathering area is provided on the second floor. |

Conceptual Design of a cozy cottage on the shores of Lake Leelanau. Site restrictions limited the available footprint for this cottage design which has three bedrooms and open main floor living layout. The design features a dramatic two sided central fireplace dividing the great room from the dining area all open to a cathedral cedar ceiling. A bay window at the kitchen sink provides added viewing from the kitchen area. |

Envisioned as a summer vacation rental home, this five bedroom / five bathroom residence in Glen Arbor may one day serve the needs of this clients retirement. The home features an open living layout ideal for vacation entertaining. A gracious Brazilian Redwood, multi-level deck expands the living space into the forest at the rear of the home. The deck is accessed through a cozy three season room where it is common to see Glen Arbor’s herd of White Tail Deer pass through the back yard. |

Transformation of a dated small cottage on the shores of Lake Michigan, in Glen Arbor, into a family hideaway. The cottage tripled in size and expanded the bedrooms from two to five, including a master suite and grandchildren bunk room. |

This lake front lot along the shores of Grand Traverse Bay has a steep sloped building site providing excellent views of Power Island and Grand Traverse Bay. The six level design supports four bedrooms, open living area and ample storage. Small covered outdoor balconies provide additional special observation spaces to enjoy the view. An upper level deck expands the living space to the outdoors. |

Nestled in the trees of a small lake, this home was designed for one floor living, open floor plan, with three bedrooms. Reduced maintenance was a main goal as it is sided in vinyl, Anderson vinyl clad windows, aluminum fascia & soffit and a hot water radiant heating system was installed. |
