OPTION ONE: - Full Inspection

Be careful of any Home Inspector that

Performs an inspection on all of the

above in less than the industry

standard of 3 hours.

 

At Smart Look, a full home inspection will take 3 to 4 hours on an average 2000 square foot home.  Time will vary depending on size and condition of the home.  Homes in the best of condition and of average size take a minimum of 3 hours.

ON ALL INSPECTIONS:

At the end of the inspection you will receive an Inspection Report book that details everything that was inspected and lists the findings.

 

Payment is due at the time of the inspection in the form of cash or personal check made out to “Smart Look Home Inspection”.  We do not accept credit cards. 

 

It is strongly recommended that you be present during the inspection.  As well as providing a written report, the inspector will provide many useful hints and recommendations on how to maintain your home.   Upon completion of the inspection, any questions or concerns you may have about the inspection can be answered immediately.   If you cannot be present at the time of the inspection, prior arrangements must be made.  These arrangements must be made 48 hours prior to inspection: Discussion of the contract and home inspection process; payment arrangements; contract signing.
