This is the notes I took while reading the Cryptonomicon, by Neal Stephenson. It's a huge book and made many references to things that I either didn't know anything about or next to nothing. In anycase I jotted down the phrase, or whatever, and what there was in context about it.

Qwghlmian - not Celts, according to themselves, but did
invent the best features of the celtic culture. Moore family name
is Anglicized from gthe Qwghlmiran name Mnyhrrgh.

& libertarians. belived that computer + Homo Sapiens = New

Plan Torus - name of (fictional?) withdraw operation from

the sides touch the other sides (like Joust or a flattened map).

1 if by land, 2 if by sea.
