Hello Tigers, I am honored to serve as Atlanta-Downtown Alumni Chapter President.  As distinguished alumni of the oldest public historically black university in Georgia, our devotion to the core values of enhancing the future of our youth has a rich history of providing high quality education to students from around the world.  With your support, we will continue to move this great institution to a place where it has never been. Because of our prestigious status as SSU Alumni, we should adhere to certain educational principles:  that the pursuit of knowledge is deserving of sacrifices, and that knowledge must ripen into wisdom. It is through the generosity of individuals that we are able to provide academic and extramural experience for SSU students that will allow them to create unprecedented opportunities.  Giving is our duty to honor and invest in tomorrow’s leaders.  Together, we can build a solid future for generations of tigers to come.
