  Bi-monthly meetings are held on the second Saturday at 2:00 PM.  The location alternates between Atlanta City Hall and the Fulton County Office Building **Holidays, SSU Homecoming, and special programs may alter the meeting schedule.  If you plan to attend a meeting, please contact a member of the chapter to confirm the date and location.

Annual dues for the chapter are $50.00. From the dues $20.00 are used to support operational expenses of the local chapter. The remaining $30.00 are used to support the operational expenses of the national chapter.

Life membership at the national chapter level is available for $500.00. This is payable in three installments. You may request a Life Membership form from the local chapter.

A special scholarship contribution program at the local level is available for those who wish to participate in lieu of planned fundraisers.

The chapter is comprised of the Fundraising, Membership, Program, and Scholarship Committees that work together with the Executive Board to support our mission. As part of our commitment to education in our community, the chapter is involved in a special mentoring program, Boys To Men - BTM.
Mr. Gerald D. Jordan an educator in Atlanta, Georgia founded the BTM organization in 1996. BTM is the result of a desire to make a difference in the lives of young, school-aged African American males. The Atlanta Downtown Chapter is honored to be able to assist Mr. Jordan's efforts to coordinate academic and enrichment events, to plan structured activities, and to provide mentoring to BTM's members.
