do require a puppy questionnaire before submitting any deposits
for pups and a puppy contract signed at the time of purchase.

Deposits
are non refundable, be make sure you are
actually ready to be pup parents before making your deposits.
Guarantee
We
do guarantee to provide a loving home, adequate medical
care, nutrition for our pups before your purchase.
We
do guarantee they are trained to the best possible
ability for their age when they arrive in your home.
We
don't guarantee any particular size or color when full
grown. There really isn't anyway to tell until they
are grown. Pups colors may change and there size depends
on several factors. We do not breed specifically for
"Imperials or Rare Colors" If they happen to
turn out that way great but not trying to.
**Health
Guarantee's**
**There
is a 72 hour time frame that you get to take your pup to the
vet. If you are concerned with genetic diseases (Renal
Dysplasia, Hip Dysplasia), then when you take them to the vet,
have those tests ran. If the dog is positive for a genetic
disease (Renal
Dysplasia, Hip Dysplasia) then we will refund your full purchase
price of the pup but then you have to return the dog, with all
AKC/CKC paperwork unfilled out. If the paper work is
filled out your contract is void. You must also provide
evidence of the tests. And you must contact me and let me
know you have taken them to the vet within the 72 hours.
Day
of Pick up
Each
pup will be sent home with registration papers, a small amount
of food that they have been eating to mix in with their new food
(if you are going to change it) and a special toy and a blanket
that mom and siblings have slept on for a special scent.
This is so there first days at their new home will be easier on
them to smell mom and remind them its going to be ok.

Even
after your purchase we would like to keep in contact with
you. You can call or email us at anytime for questions or
concerns. We encourage new owners to keep us up to date
with pictures and progress of our pups.
