General information

• All room rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to 7% Maine sales tax

• Each additional person is $10.00 per night. No charge for children under 6 years.

• Sorry, we can not accommodate pets.

• Most rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, TV and air conditioner

• The absence of phones helps to ensure a restful stay.

• Parking restricted to one vehicle per room. Additional parking fee is $10.00 per night.

• We do not allow use of parking or any other facilities after 10 am checkout.

• Internet access is available along with cold soft drinks, water and snacks in the information center next to the office in the lobby.

• Complimentary coffee and muffins served each morning from 7:00 am – 10:00 am

• No Smoking in the hotel. Smoking is permitted outside the building. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs in rooms.

• Limited number of persons in a room.

• There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.

• We can not guarantee specific rooms. Requests are honored whenever possible.

• Balance or full payment is due upon arrival

Cancellation Policy

All room cancellations (for length of stay or portion of) must be received 48 hours prior to confirmed arrival date for a guaranteed refund less $20.00 processing fee.

All suite and apartment cancellations (for length of stay or portion of) must be received seven days prior to confirmed arrival date for a guaranteed refund less $20.00 processing fee.
