Change Management - Any improvement effort will produce change in the way you operate, and many resources have difficulty adjusting to change. We have a Change Management service developed to meet that need. We offer excellent training sessions with your leadership and workforce to help them understand the need for change and increase their understanding of the barriers and challenges they must overcome for improvement to occur. These are well-tested, effective humorous sessions that provide a great launch for improvement efforts. We cannot become what we want to be by remaining what we are.

Process Improvement - Due to our expertise with Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, we have the ability to assess your needs with you in an initial project phase and determine if our project focus should be on reducing waste or reducing defects to achieve the performance improvement you need. Lean tools and techniques are utilized to reduce waste, and these projects can typically be accomplished in a shorter time period. Six Sigma tools and techniques are utilized to reduce defects, and these projects will take longer due to the complexities of the 5 phases (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) to complete a project and accomplish the improvements desired.
