Why join Gospel Lifeline Ministries?

Our Constitution states that "...this Association has been founded to assist in every possible manner in the furthering of Domestic & Foreign Missionary Work, and desires to become a channel through which the members can find fellowship, co-operation, protection, recognition, and financial support for Personal Evangelism, Domestic Missionary, & Foreign Missionary Work."

What tools/assistance/forms/software/documents/guidance/funds/info does GLM provide?

  1. Financial reporting tools and assistance? Instructions? forms?
  2. Assistance in forming other evangelical groups?
When membership is granted, you will receive (a Membership kit? )
When ordination is granted, you will receive (a ?Ministerial?? kit? )
 

Duties of Members

All members are encouraged to do personal evangelism, work in hospitals, sanitariums, jails, homes, etc., wherever they find opportunity.  Each member is responsible for his own ministry (Eph. 3:9-17).

However, this Association has been founded to assist in every possible manner in the furthering of Domestic & Foreign Missionary Work, and desires to become a channel through which the members can find fellowship, co-operation, protection, recognition, and financial support for Personal Evangelism, Domestic Missionary, & Foreign Missionary Work.

All members of Gospel Lifeline Ministries are expected to share GLM's Doctrinal Basis and to serve ministries that are aligned with GLM's Purpose.  While it is expected that Ministers, Workers and Members will sometimes be of differing persuasion on lessor doctrinal points, Ministerial courtesy is enjoined upon all in our labors together.

Each Minister, Chaplain or member provide an annual fee each year to the Revolving Fund to help defray the general operating expenses.

How to Join

Becoming a member of Gospel Lifeline Ministries is not too difficult.
Here's how.

Qualifications

Members must meet certain expectations and requirements.  Check this list before you apply.
  1. They must be Born Again.
  2. They must be living a consistent Christian life.
  3. They must be honest and consecrated.
  4. They must be thoughtful of personal appearance.
  5. They must be able to show some aptitude for the work they choose to do, and must be willing to submit to a reasonable amount of training and supervision while preparing for their work.
  6. They must be recommended either by some Christian Minister, or by the Officers of some Evangelical Church, and, of course, meet with approval of the Executive Committee.
Applicants from other Evangelical Groups may be received, if they are willing to subscribe to the general program and purpose of this work.
 
  1. Submit an Application form?  they get form from where?
  2. Include (a letter? ore just the name of church and officer or minister?).
  3. Include first year's annual fees?
  4. Include application fee?
  5. Describe the Christian Work they wish to do?  Members vs. Workers?
  6. (Membership Credentials or Ordination certification?) will be sent how?
  7. They provide their own funding?
